Arisa Health is seeking candidates for a Program Manager position to join our Jonesboro Transitional Unit. The Program Manager is the leader and administrative manager of the program. The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years of leadership experience within a mental health setting. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties. This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly). Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some on call after hours.

  • Recruits, trains, and retains staff necessary for program development and implementation.
  • Monitoring of TACT/CPR/First Aid for all therapeutic communities programming.
  • Ensures program compliance with internal policy and procedure, as well as, the external regulations from CARF and other regulatory bodies for the therapeutic facilities in the NE/SE/Central region.
  • Management of the PATH Grant and all associated functions.
  • Maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external partners - including participation in meetings relevant to the program's internal and community functions.
  • Responsible for the overall financial performance of the assigned program including the budget.
  • Will travel as needed to therapeutic facilities in the NE/SE/Central region.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a treatment team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize and be patient.
  • Good time management.
  • Good organizational and computer skills (including Excel).
  • Current drivers license.
  • Leadership experience within a behavioral health setting.
  • A substance abuse certificate.
