About The Position
The Program Manager will manage Risk Adjustment Data Integrity Programs across multiple organizations and align with strategic business goals across departments. Responsible and accountable for achieving program outcomes from initiation to close-out in specified timeframes. They will lead the work of Data Integrity Team and partner organizations by coordinating and monitoring internal resources. Monitors and identifies project risks, issues and initiate and help execute mitigation plans and strategies, as well as monitors compliance of program activities by ensuring program plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures. Ensures the alignment, buy-in, coordination, and support of diverse stakeholders which includes the Medical Groups, Revenue Cycle, IT and Data Submissions Teams.
