As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, working diligently to ensure efficiency and alignment with goal initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and six years of related experience OR Master's Degree and five years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.

Nice To Haves

  • RRT credentialing through the NBRC.
  • RCP licensure through the State of Ohio Medical Board.
  • Previous and/or current critical care experience.
  • Experience in Respiratory Research and the Institutional Review Board of Research process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct research protocols and publish research papers within scientific journals.
  • Oversee RT research activities performed by RT caregivers/others- obtain IRB approvals and ensure IRB compliance.
  • Represent Cleveland Clinic at AARC Conference (poster presentation, lectures).
  • Conduct Device testing.
  • Coordinate the Respiratory Journal Club.
  • Participate in respiratory therapy protocol development.
  • Coordinate RT CRCE lecture Series.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of Cleveland Clinic and the outside community.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
