As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. You will plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures while serving as a liaison between your department and external communities, leading discussions with clinical and administrative leaders across the enterprise as well as with external partners. In this role, you will help shape strategy and develop or enhance the infrastructure that supports the ongoing maintenance of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a high level of comfort with financial analysis, business planning, and working in environments of ambiguity. You will contribute to the development of innovative products and programs that build on the exceptional care provided by Cleveland Clinic, from supporting the organization’s transition to assuming more financial risk through bundled surgical programs to collaborating with payer partners to enhance population health capabilities with data-driven chronic disease management. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional needs to attend quarterly in-person meetings if travel/schedule permits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of experience in product development, project management, health care management, business development or related field OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
  • Facilitate implementation of staff wellness initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
