As Program Manager IV, you will play a vital leadership role in establishing and implementing quality objectives for the Cardiovascular Medicine Imaging Section. In this position, you will collaborate closely with physician leadership to coordinate comprehensive quality reviews of echocardiography studies, including Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) outcomes and complications. You will assess outpatient clinics to identify key efficiency metrics and analyze performance data to drive workflow optimization and overall quality improvement. A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • Healthcare experience
  • Prior clinical experience, such as an RN, an experienced Cardiac Sonographer, or a comparable clinical discipline
  • Experience with QA initiatives, standardization, and/or program/project management
  • Ability to understand echocardiography, TEE workflows and interpret quality indicators
  • Working knowledge of Excel
