We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee IT Operations Management initiatives supporting federal infrastructure programs. You’ll coordinate complex demands, guide delivery teams, and ensure projects stay aligned with mission objectives. This is a leadership role with visibility across executive stakeholders, technical teams, and operational partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing IT implementation programs.
  • Experience with ITSM/ITOM tools and CMDB initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of government compliance and procurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or equivalent PLUS 15 Years of experience.
  • Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow experience (ITSM / ITOM).
  • Agile or Scrum familiarity.
  • Change and release management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ITOM demand intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, KPIs, and resource strategies.
  • Facilitate status meetings and executive briefings.
  • Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support training and adoption of ITSM solutions.
  • Drive continuous process improvement.
