This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AZ, NC, TX. This position is responsible for the leadership and management of programs across the Bank. Oversees the complex, strategic coordination of multiple projects within an initiative in order to achieve business goals, including management of overall scope, cost, staffing, and performance. Evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insight through reporting to senior management and other key stakeholders. This position will primarily support IT Infrastructure programs that are part of the First Citizens Bank Technology Strategy Roadmap, M&A Integration programs, Data Center Optimization program, Cloud Adoption program, and Platform Consolidation programs.
