  • Drive strategies and roadmaps for prioritized operational investments aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities and foresee challenges in program management, predicting roadblocks and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
  • Develop and inform team goals, working with members on strategies for execution and measuring progress.
  • Lead and influence solutions to optimize operational processes that reduce IP violations and improve quality.
  • Negotiate and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions with cross-functional teams.
  • Align and support operational readiness needs and workflow change delivery related to IP workflows.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for progress on operational readiness while maintaining respectful relationships.
  • Drive effective program communications, including root cause analysis and business recommendations.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management experience.
  • Educational degree in project management, business, marketing, finance, or operations.
  • Effective critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Proven time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to develop and improve operational systems and tools.
  • Experience in a technology or internet company.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management.
