CR’s Internal Communications team leads the strategy that informs, engages, and inspires employees, fosters brand ambassadorship, and moves CR forward. We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Internal Communications Program Manager to manage a comprehensive internal communications strategy at a pivotal moment in CR’s 90-year history. The Internal Communications Program Manager will lead the planning and delivery of enterprise communications across multiple channels, ensuring clear, consistent messaging aligned to CR’s strategy and priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications, the ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of internal communications and change management as CR evolves. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration in a highly matrixed organization, with a clear understanding of when to lead, when to advise, and how to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate must reside within 75-miles of our Yonkers headquarters. You must also plan to be in the office at least 25 percent of the time to manage communications activities. This position is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation assistance.
