About The Position

The Program Manager will lead enterprise-level initiatives to migrate Informatica-based Master Data Management (MDM) and ETL processes from on-premises infrastructure to a cloud platform (e.g., Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services - IICS, IDMC). This role requires strong technical expertise in Informatica tools, cloud migration strategies, and program governance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Program/Delivery Management for Informatica Power Centre to Cloud migration
  • Proven track record in cloud migration projects, specifically Informatica MDM and ETL.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and integration patterns.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cloud-native services and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
  • Experience with migration accelerators and tools (e.g., Informatica Migration Factory, CDI).
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end migration strategy for Informatica on-prem to cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of migration projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Manage multiple workstreams including data migration, code refactoring, and integration with cloud services.
  • Assess current Informatica environment (PowerCenter, MDM, IDQ) and define migration roadmap.
  • Collaborate with architects to design target cloud architecture leveraging Informatica IDMC/IICS.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during migration.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
  • Implement governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments; run ceremonies and drive accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to technical leads and migration specialists.
