About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager (Implementation). In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing the integration of clients into our application. By bridging the gap between various teams including Implementation, Product, Data, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will streamline operations, minimize friction, and facilitate effective execution. Your contributions will directly impact how we implement processes, empowering our team to deliver exceptional results efficiently. This is a fully remote position within the US.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in program/project/operations management, preferably 3+ years in healthcare technology or SaaS organization
• 3+ years working with implementation, integrations, or customer success teams
• 1+ years as power user or admin experience in Jira, or other work management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with people of different expertise
• Experience at a startup or fast-paced company; ability to move fast and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine scalable processes that improve client implementation efficiency
• Build a bridge between Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success, establishing clear ownership models, handoffs, and decision-making frameworks
• Act as central program manager for Implementation team, manage processes to drive execution and reduce coordination overhead
• Own, develop, and maintain project management tooling and process documentation
• Define and track operational metrics
