  • Collaborate with various internal partners across the business to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop change management strategies.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements, risks, and opportunities related to change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to capture requirements and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including arguments, impact assessments, and change readiness plans.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Management, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, and executive teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Track and report on metrics for measuring change adoption.
  • Support training and enablement efforts to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • 3-6 years of professional work experience in business analysis and/or change management field.
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Mural, Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management software.
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities, adjusting to changing operational requirements, and implementing solutions with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Strategic problem solver that is who takes a hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.
  • Prior experience in retail or consumer products industry a plus.
