Manage capital planning and change management, including estimates, budgets, tool development and execution plans for facility expansions and new technology initiatives. Lead change management initiatives to optimize Amazon's legacy network. Oversee engineering change requests and implement process improvements that scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project planning and financial entitlement. Manage stakeholder relationships and competing priorities across various functions within Engineering Services. Escalation management with senior executives. Position Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; (2) experience in process improvement and change management; (3) project management; and (4) using lean/agile methodologies and operational efficiency concepts.
