Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Experience with data analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with inventory management and planning.
  • Experience with supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive inventory control strategies to achieve optimal inventory levels and enhance supply chain efficiency. This involves conducting regular assessments of current inventory practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Build processes and support cross-functional collaborations to refine and improve overall inventory management.
  • Present data-driven inventory recommendations to executive leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven insights that support strategic planning and operational adjustments, thereby optimizing resource allocation and minimizing potential disruptions.
  • Drive the team for scalable solutions and continuous process improvement for third-party data centers by enabling efficient supply chain processes.
