About The Position

street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to
plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate
clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will
often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our team is responsible for the technical program management of all silicon
programs as well as all supporting functions including vendor and emp, vendor,
and contractor management and onboarding, EDA tool license forecasting and
management, cloud compute capacity forecasting and management, program budget
management, and program status review and reporting

In this role, you will be part of a team supporting custom AI silicon programs
for Google data centers. You will be supporting some of these critical
initiatives to work across organizational boundaries to find solutions to
streamline and simplify processes in these areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 +
bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary
range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience supporting program management operations for silicon development organizations.
• Experience managing vendor and temp worker contracts, budgets, purchase orders, and onboarding.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working alongside silicon engineering teams and technical program managers on process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
