In this role, the Program Manager III will play a pivotal role in managing Aon's relationship with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and steering the strategic direction of the AICPA Insurance Trusts (Trusts). The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert on the Trusts portfolio, providing guidance to the Life Insurance and Disability Plans (LIDP) Committee as part of the account management team. This position requires actively evaluating the effectiveness of the Trusts product portfolio, recommending improvements to enhance member participation and improve retention, and offering insights on expanding the product portfolio.   • Enhance the Trusts' carrier relationship with Prudential for Life Insurance and Disability products.
  • Leverage Aon's capabilities to maximize the value of products for AICPA plan members.
  • Oversee agreements and relationships with carriers for Individual Products, including Long Term Care, Auto & Home, and Medicare Supplement.
  • Manage complex client matters in collaboration with Legal, Operations, and Client Services teams.
  • Travel for meetings at client offices in New York and North Carolina as needed.
  • Participate in trade shows to represent and exhibit offerings.
  • Collaborate with Aon operations team to ensure CPAs experience ease in engaging with AICPA.
  • Modernize platforms and leverage technology to secure long-term success of plans.
  • Enhance content on cpai.com to provide CPAs with valuable resources.
  • Possess Life, Accident, and Health licenses.
  • Securities 6 and 63 licenses preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in driving member participation within an affinity group life insurance program.
  • Experience in managing membership participation in national professional association life and health insurance plans.
  • Experience in leading underwriting/product development for a national association group life insurance program.
