About The Position

CTG is hiring a Program Manager II to lead enterprise initiatives focused on the Microsoft Office Suite. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing cross-functional programs, driving adoption of productivity tools, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong program/project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or Jira
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for Microsoft Office Suite initiatives (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Drive enterprise adoption, optimization, and standardization of productivity tools
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align program goals with organizational priorities
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates
  • Support change management, training, and user enablement strategies
  • Continuously improve processes and program performance through data-driven insights
