About The Position

Incumbents in this position are responsible for the planning, monitoring and management of the 50/50 sidewalk program and the concrete surface installation program. Duties include supervising staff; preparing cost estimates and tracking fund balances, and liaising among citizens, contractors, and Alderpersons.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field; plus three years of administrative or managerial experience monitoring construction or street and traffic inspection programs.
  • Experience and Training: 100%
  • Background Investigation: Pass/Fail
  • Medical Examination: Pass/Fail
