ECS’s Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. The program manager will lead a production program that is tied to long-term growth for the product line. This role will be based in Nashua NH and is required to be full time on-site. The individual selected for this role will work closely with the functional leads to support program execution. This is a results-oriented position, and it requires a disciplined process management skillset, strong technical acumen, and experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution. This position also requires customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years as a program manager
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to manage in a complex environment and deal with multiple competing priorities
  • Earned value, customer relationship management, risk and opportunity management
  • Managing in a matrix organization
