About The Position

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Procurement, including the creation of purchase orders and change orders. You will collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages are complete and accurate, enabling the timely placement of Purchase Orders (POs). You will proactively identify and communicate risks to PO placement that may impact future data center equipment deliveries across various offices, time zones, and hemispheres. Additionally, you will oversee the documentation, integration, tracking, and governance of all procurement processes. You will also support Category Management and Site teams by executing PO changes and developing robust tracking mechanisms for supplier onboarding and order life-cycles.
