Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Experience with data center operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with commercial agreements and agreements negotiations.
  • Experience with data modeling, dashboarding and reporting, involving very large datasets and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key relationship holder and establish strong, collaborative relationships with all external CoLocation (colo) vendor stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key vendors to discuss performance, alignment, and future opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to regional and company compliance and security requirements and resolve performance issues, or non-compliance matters.
  • Support agreements negotiation, renewal, and termination processes in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams.
  • Manage regional vendor budgets and expenditures on networking requests, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and reviewing vendor invoices.
