This position is responsible for the management of the postdoctoral forensic fellowship program through Court Services. Specifically, this position is responsible for maintaining the fellowship's standing within the American Board of Forensic Psychology's (ABFP) experience waiver and approved status as a provider of continuing education units (CEU). This position ensures all program obligations are met timely, organizes the application and interview process for each cohort, adheres to any criteria, requirements, and timelines put forth by the American Psychological Association (APA) and/or Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC), determines admission/denial for all applicants, oversees the hiring process, determines fellowship criteria and course of training, supervises the Psychologist II, serves as a second-level supervisor to all fellows, is responsible for the performance management of all fellows, ensures timely completion of all evaluations, oversees the budget associated with this program and positions, anticipates program needs, and establishes all policies and procedures specific to the program. This position is also responsible for the partnership with the University of Colorado's School of Medicine shared didactic series, as well as coordination of external training opportunities from national experts. This position directly contributes and leads the education and training series of both psychology and psychiatry fellows, who then function within our departments via evaluation completion.
