About The Position

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will frequently collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Accounting, Finance, Audit, and Engineering teams to drive process, system, and ERP changes that enable material deployment for Google's growing infrastructure. You will be the key enabler to ensure volume ramp of new technology, and ramp down of old technology. The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what's possible. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain operations and asset management.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, supplier management, or SOX.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with systems implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage asset related tools.
  • Manage maintenance, reporting, ad hoc analysis, and data mining of asset related tools.
  • Co-own user acceptance testing (UAT). Asset lead owns the complete UAT, asset lead and the business functions co-owns UAT.
  • Create, outline, establish, manage, and monitor coverage goals.
  • Own or co-own BRD development of asset related solutions in the whole product lifecycle including NPI.
