Position Overview: The Program Manager serves as the operational leader of a results-driven fatherhood and youth family-support initiative. This role is ideal for a decisive, organized, and mission-driven leader who excels at supervising teams, holding staff accountable, and ensuring work gets done at a high standard. The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring that all program components run efficiently and in alignment with contractual and organizational goals. Working closely with the Program Director, this role requires a strong presence, clear leadership, and the ability to drive outcomes in a community-facing environment.
