We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to act as the central coordinator and operator of our Partnership Account Management program, a multi-disciplinary program that will require attention to detail and strong collaboration with both internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will synchronize various teams and components to fulfill program requirements and continue growing the network. As a member of the Partnership Account Management program, you will support the program by locating, vetting, and onboarding 3rd party facilities used by Rivian Mobile Service Technicians to repair vehicles throughout North America and Europe. This role will require exceptional cross-functional interaction and sharp attention to detail. Additionally, this individual must be flexible, dependable, organized, proactive in initiating continuous improvement, and able to prioritize strategically. This role will require creativity to solve new types of partnerships to expand Rivian’s Mobile Service coverage, superb communication skills and will focus on execution and seeing projects through to completion from beginning to end.
