As a Program Manager, you will oversee and maintain key initiatives that support the department’s mission. In this role, you will manage the fellow education calendar, track time and progression throughout the fellowship, and oversee documentation related to rotations, evaluations, and program requirements. You will be responsible for MedHub management, serve as a primary communicator with program directors and attending physicians, and act as a liaison between residents, directors, and GME leadership. This position also includes oversight of seven fellowship programs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with trainees and program directors while supporting the mission of Cleveland Clinic to educate and develop the next generation of healthcare professionals. A caregiver in this position works days from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a hybrid role after the 90-day new-hire period, with the possibility to work from home a couple days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience OR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization, outside community, residents, directors, attendings and the Graduate Medical Education (GME) office.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Maintain fellow education calendar, time and progression over fellowship timeframe.
  • Oversee documentation for rotations, evaluations and fellowship information.
  • Manage Medhub responsibilities.
  • Support seven fellowship programs.
