About The Position
Amazon Global Engineering Services (GES) is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Program Manager (PM). This individual will manage the non-inventory transfer processes at our external depot(s) and between Amazon projects to support our Startup team in launching new sites and expansion projects across North America (NA). As a Program Manager, you will manage and support multiple initiatives and/or projects simultaneously while working quickly to deliver results. You must be a highly-effective communicator, capable of leading meetings, managing vendors, owning recaps, and tracking KPIs to report on. You will conduct data analysis to identify issues and implement significant process improvement projects within the team and larger business functions.
