At the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), we're committed to improving health for all - starting with the wellbeing of our own students. The Program Manager I for Student Health and Wellness plays a vital role in supporting MCW's learners through compassionate counseling, proactive wellness programming, and strong connections to care. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for students navigating academic and personal challenges. You'll provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, coordinate wellness initiatives across our campuses, and maintain meaningful partnerships with internal and external organizations that promote holistic health. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed mental health professional who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment and wants to help shape the culture of wellness at one of the nation's leading medical and graduate institutions. You'll join a small, mission-driven team that values empathy, balance, and innovation - and you'll see your work directly contribute to student success, retention, and resilience.
