Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program management.
  • Experience with financial modeling.
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for the financial governance of a global portfolio of professional services engagements, helping facilitate fiscal communications and processes for the extended workforce.
  • Administer financial and spend tracking processes for this portfolio, managing day-to-day correspondence with internal stakeholders (e.g., Google managers) and external partners (e.g., professional services suppliers).
  • Support the annual budgeting process for the extended workforce portfolio.
  • Track actuals against the plan, flag variances for review, and help implement corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Maintain and update financial dashboards and reporting suites.
  • Prepare data on spend trends, headcount allocation, and vendor performance to support decision-making and provide visibility to leadership.
  • Support operational scalability by utilizing data insights and reporting tools.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
