About The Position

The Program Manager for the Heart, Vascular, and Thoracic Serviceline Program at Sharp Outpatient Pavilion is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Cardiology or Pulmonary service line program. This role involves providing leadership and oversight of clinical services, including clinical protocols/outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, quality measures, and communication among physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The Program Manager will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that program services are well integrated with existing capabilities across transitions of care and the care continuum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 5 Years in RN clinical role in acute care setting.
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association.
  • California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • 2 Years Management/leadership experience.
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - PREFERRED.

Responsibilities
