The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for refugee and immigrant case management services at World Relief Southern California, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed programming that meets funder requirements and client goals. Reporting to the Office Director, this role directly supervises caseworkers and program staff, coordinates service delivery, maintains compliance and manages grant reporting, and represents the organization with community partners.
