About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates onsite visits for visiting faculty and students.
  • Works directly with UChicago Medicine International Affairs Office and partners with the Faculty Director to set agendas and organize events.
  • Provides high-level administrative support for the Vice Chair of Global Surgery.
  • Administers the delivery of services to program participants and/or beneficiaries.
  • Sets and communicates program priorities and performance standards, assessing operations using these criteria.
  • Plans and conducts quality assurance reviews and recommends changes as appropriate.
  • Analyzes program budgets and makes budgetary recommendations.
  • Interacts with faculty, researchers, and staff for committee work or information.
  • Performs other related work as needed.
