The Global Partnerships & Content organization at Meta is dedicated to collaborating with leading content creators worldwide to develop and enhance innovative content and engagement experiences across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and GenAI. Within this organization, the Strategy & Operations team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to spearhead cross-functional initiatives aimed at mitigating partner risk and integrity issues. This role is crucial in supporting new product launches, content strategy priorities, and policy changes, ensuring that the organization remains proactive in addressing potential challenges that may impact high-profile partners and, consequently, product and company priorities. As a Program Manager, you will lead partner risk assessments and swiftly devise solutions to overcome product goals that are dependent on partner collaboration. You will be responsible for defining and executing processes that align with product and policy priorities, managing and influencing various stakeholders to prioritize and drive overall goals forward. Clear communication across teams will be essential to establish operating models for new priorities, while also identifying scalable resources and building long-term solutions. Additionally, you will manage strong relationships with internal partners, including Product, Policy, and Legal teams, and support high-priority escalations as they arise. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex networks of peers and senior stakeholders, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management experience in technology, product, or media environments, along with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
