About The Position

The Program Manager, Foundation Liaison will serve as a patient advocate and a liaison between the Swedish Foundation Benefactor Delivery Program and Providence Swedish Medical Center. This newly developed role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic plan and leading the team to deliver high-quality, personalized service to donors; collaborating with clinical staff and departments to ensure seamless care coordination for donors; overseeing the development and execution of special initiatives and exclusive events for donors. They will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the benefits structure of the program, ensuring it remains competitive and appealing to high-level donors; working closely with the Foundation's leadership to integrate the program into broader fundraising and stewardship strategies; developing metrics and reporting systems to evaluate the program's success and identify areas for improvement; and facilitating effective communication and collaboration between liaisons and other Foundation departments. This role involves 24/7 personalized assistance to donors, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless healthcare services, and managing exclusive amenities. The Program Manager must be accessible and willing to work on an on-call and variable schedule basis (shared with another team member) and must be available to come to the hospital or to donor home/business locations as needed during assigned day, evening, night, weekend or holidays. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in health-related field --or-- Equivalent education/experience
  • 5 years in Program Management, similar Project Management or Leadership experience
  • Must be accessible and willing to work on an on-call and variable schedule basis (shared with another team member) and must be available to come to the hospital or to donor home/business locations as needed during assigned day, evening, night, weekend or holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare philanthropy, or related fields
  • 3 years of nursing experience, desirable
