About The Position

excellence. You'll be the critical link between technology, process improvement,
and strategic implementation, transforming complex challenges into streamlined

Your day will be a blend of strategic thinking and collaborative
problem-solving. You'll navigate cross-functional projects, engage with diverse
teams, and translate complex operational challenges into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive program strategies that transform theoretical concepts into efficient, sustainable processes
• Create and drive cross-functional project plans with clear budgets and measurable outcomes
• Develop holistic solutions that bridge gaps between teams, processes, and technological systems
• Analyze complex data to drive strategic improvements and quantifiable metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and execute critical business initiatives
