Requirements

  • Must be able to interact effectively with individuals within the Dallas College community network.
  • Must be able to provide quality customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher plus seven (7) years of related experience in the subject matter to which the college location/has identified.
  • Official transcripts required.
  • Will be subject to a criminal background check.
  • Some positions may be subject to a fingerprint check.
  • Position requires regular and predictable attendance.

  • Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.
  • Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Manage invoicing
  • Track budgets
  • Process startup fund payments
  • Maintain financial reporting trackers
  • Support grant reporting
  • Manage procurement documentation
