Job Description: This position is for a Workstream Lead supporting the Ledger Modernization Program within the Chief Financial Officer organization (CFO). The CFO Change Management team drives change impacting people, process, and technology for CFO organization. Due to the time zone requirements for this role, the position is being opened in Charlotte, NC location. Specific Role Details: Infrastructure, Platform Environment & ABW Migration Workstream Lead Lead the project management life cycle of the three infrastructure projects within the Ledger Modernization Program: Ledger Program Platform Environment workstream, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Migration and SAP ABW Infrastructure Migration projects Manage and execute the project mobilization, requirements documentation, build management, testing and deployment Operate as a trusted partner by coordinating the execution of the critical path work across the cross-functional team structure: CFO Change, CFO Line of business, ERFT Technology, APS Infrastructure, EPMO and vendor teams. Manage the CFO Change resources/analysts assigned to the infrastructure projects Manage issues, risks and dependencies and escalate as required to the Ledger Program Leadership Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with program milestones and dependencies across workstreams. Lead issue resolution and decision-making forums, enabling rapid progress on critical-path activities. Facilitate governance and reporting, providing clear status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, with ERP implementation or migration projects completed
  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management & Technology Computer Science or related field)
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Strong communication skills, presentation to senior leaders
  • Builds Partnerships - broad-based business relationships across the enterprise. Positively and skillfully influences peers, colleagues, leaders and business partners to collaborate and deliver consistent quality results.
  • Highly organized with strong project/time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute change in accordance with BAC Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures
  • Apply Banks project management tools and processes; contributing expertise to business requirements, design, testing and implementation representing general ledger/finance in support of the overall LOB project team
  • Define and manage the project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assembling and directing project teams, assigning tasks based on members' skills and experience, and promoting collaboration
  • Coordinate testing, training, data migration, and change management activities
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensure documentation of key project artifacts (plans, decisions, test results, sign-offs)
  • Identifying potential risks early, analyzing their possible impact, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged, resolving issues, and ensuring that the team remains motivated
