About The Position
As an Operational Excellence Program Manager you will partner with Stripe leadership to set the direction for OE in Finance, develop a roadmap of initiatives and lead highly visible end-to-end improvements. You will develop deep knowledge of Stripe's products and operations and build a perspective on end-to-end Finance processes, create alignment through shared objectives, and promote OE cross-functionally through consistent and outcome-driven communication. You will embed OE in how we work, building systems and capabilities to sustain our edge. You will change the future for Finance through simplification and digitalization in partnership with Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success applying lean / continuous improvement / operational excellence practices across multiple industries, models, and functional areas, can self-study to analyze, synthesize and recommend solutions to complex business problems, and is adept at organizing data to tell a story.
