We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished IT Program Manager, Expert to lead and manage multiple programs across IT. This executive role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope. You are adept in managing stakeholder expectations, fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration, and driven by a passion for innovative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 8 years

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in PPM Tool such as Planisware
  • PMP from PMI
  • SAFe Agilist
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate various IT projects to ensure they align with business goals and technology strategic objectives.
  • Manage project interdependencies and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT programs, including setting project goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Manage program and project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks to the success of projects and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise.
  • Track project milestones and assess the performance of projects.
  • Ensure project teams have the necessary resources for timely and efficient execution.
  • Lead teams and leadership through Agile and Lean adoption by facilitating workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Use metrics, feedback loops, and structured problem-solving techniques to identify bottlenecks and optimize flow.
  • Provide tailored coaching to teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and executives.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
  • Ensure robust project governance to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT programs.
