Check out more information about Prime Air on the About Amazon blog (https://www.aboutamazon.com/news/transportation/amazon-prime-air-delivery-drone-reveal-photos). If you are seeking an iterative environment where you can drive innovation, apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve real world delivery challenges, and provide benefits to customers, Prime Air is the place for you. Come work on the Amazon Prime Air Team! Amazon Prime Air is revolutionizing delivery through autonomous drone technology, aiming to deliver packages to customers in 30 minutes or less. Our breakthrough technologies, including advanced BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) capabilities and sophisticated detect-and-avoid systems, have earned FAA approvals and are setting new standards in autonomous delivery. With operations already successful in multiple locations and expansion planned, we're seeking an experienced Program Manager to develop and implement strategic operational frameworks. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of innovative technology, operational excellence and implementation, and strategic planning to help scale Prime Air's revolutionary delivery system. The ideal candidate brings positive energy and enthusiasm that inspires teams and elevates the work environment. They have a demonstrated track record of delivering complex technical programs on schedule, and know how to tactfully hold deliverable owners accountable, keeping work moving and driving initiatives across the finish line without losing the trust of their partners. They are skilled at looking around corners, proactively identifying upcoming risks and dependencies before they become blockers, and developing mitigation strategies that keep programs on track. This role requires the ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments, strong business acumen, and exceptional bias for action. You are an effective written and verbal communicator and can navigate competing priorities across a complex organization with high visibility to customers and stakeholders. This role requires the candidate to be located near a major airport, as travel is expected to exceed 50% to support site launches, cross-functional team coordination, and operational expansion across multiple locations. Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
