About The Position

The Program Manager at Duke Health Integrated Practice is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering activities within the assigned program area. This role focuses on developing processes that support clinic business and financial management, recruiting patient memberships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance program growth within a concierge care practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Four years of related experience in program administration or management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report program trends; collaborate with medical director and other stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
• Coordinate public relations activities, including the development of patient communication materials and website management.
• Maintain liaison with other programs and departments to coordinate business and accomplish program objectives.
• Represent assigned programs at professional meetings and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage physician scheduling templates and coordinate patient scheduling in EPIC and SciMed systems.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting of volume and revenue, including overdue fees and outstanding balances.
• Provide leadership and oversight of new patient memberships and manage company partnerships.
• Review and ensure accuracy of invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and credit card reconciliation for patient members.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address patient messages promptly, fostering a positive work environment.
• Provide staff leadership within the assigned program area, including onboarding and training of staff.
