  • Serve as a consultant and advisor to HR Service Center and PeaceHealth leaders on employee relations matters.
  • Implement and document employee relations matters in partnership with internal HR teams.
  • Conduct employee relations research to identify organizational trends and patterns.
  • Provide support and consultation to leadership regarding employee relations and labor implications.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other teams to achieve appropriate outcomes that balance caregiver needs and compliance with policies.
  • Utilize data from multiple sources to identify needs and make recommendations.
  • Maintain dashboards and regular reporting on employee relations metrics.
  • Facilitate and support organizational change at the team level.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of General Human Resources experience, including employee relations at an exempt level.
  • Experience in a shared services organization preferred.
  • High touch customer service experience preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Professional Human Resources or SHRM Senior Certified Professional preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and federal/state laws related to HR.
  • Understanding of employee and labor relations, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and present concise information effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of operations within the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to interpret workforce-related metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and major HRIS solutions.
  • Experience in a shared services organization.
  • High touch customer service experience.
  • Certifications in HR management.
