About The Position

The Program Manager for Dual Enrollment provides strategic leadership and oversight for all Early College Access initiatives, including Dual Enrollment, Concurrent Enrollment, and Underage/Talented and Gifted programs. This role involves collaboration with the Program Director of Early College Access Programs and Orientation, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality opportunities enabling high school students to earn college credit while completing secondary education. The Program Manager assumes full responsibility for program planning, recruitment, enrollment management, and evaluation processes, and provides supervision and direction to assigned staff to support operational excellence and program success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three to five years of experience in higher education student recruitment, academic advisement, and/or secondary education.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership and management of all Early College Access Programs, including Dual Enrollment, Concurrent Enrollment, and Underage Talented and Gifted initiatives.
  • Serves as a principal point of contact for students, families, school counselors, and community partners.
  • Leads efforts to grow the Dual Enrollment population through targeted outreach and partnership development.
  • Oversees the full student enrollment cycle including application, processing, verification, and confirmation.
  • Coordinates collaboration among key offices to provide a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Manages program technology and recommends system enhancements.
  • Provides training and guidance to staff and school-based partners.
  • Develops and executes marketing, outreach, and event strategies.
  • Advises prospective and current students and conducts periodic school audits.
  • Collaborates with school counselors and educational partners to review student records.
  • Collects and analyzes trend data to evaluate program performance.
  • Represents the College at local, state, and national events.
  • Supervises assigned staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
