About The Position

The Program Manager for Dry Utilities at Gregory Construction will lead the dry utilities scope on mission-critical/data center projects, which includes duct banks, MV/LV power routing, telecom, and underground utilities. This role involves driving front-end design and constructability reviews, as well as risk mitigation. The Program Manager will own the budget, schedule, procurement, and subcontractor performance for electrical and dry utility work, ensuring tight coordination with civil and structural teams for seamless integration. Additionally, this position serves as the client-facing lead for all dry utility matters and includes mentoring project teams and supporting preconstruction proposals as the company expands its mission-critical program.

Requirements

• 7+ years in electrical/dry utilities construction (duct banks, UG utilities; mission-critical/data center experience preferred).
• Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors with strong field coordination.
• Comfortable with CPM scheduling and technical documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• BS in Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience). PE is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
