Position Description The LEAP Global Program Manager (PM) supports the Program Director (PD), Deputy Program Director (DPD), and Senior Program Manager(s) in the effective and compliant implementation of the LEAP Global project. The PM is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, managing risk, and maintaining quality through day-to-day project management, including financial oversight and coordination of project activities and deliverables. The PM supervises the Zemitek LEAP Global Project Associate(s) (PAs) to ensure the provision of effective administrative and logistical support. They provide oversight, work independently to meet deadlines, and cultivate productive relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and partners, contributing to both project success and broader corporate and project goals.
