About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader who is a PT, PTA, OT or COTA with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Catholic Memorial Home, Fall River, MA is seeking its next employee-owner. Note: This is a 100% on site managerial role and will require a percentage of treating. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, or OT).
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least one year experience as a Lead, Assistant or DOR/Rehab managerial role.
• At least one year experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community.
• Maintain expected productivity standards.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes.
