Work Arrangement: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office. The Program Manager, Distribution Technology & Enablement will lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives that modernize the firm’s distribution capabilities for US Wealth sales and specialist teams through technology, data, and AI-enabled enablement. Reporting to the Head of US Wealth Sales Enablement, this role serves as the program leader and connective tissue across Sales, Technology/AI, Data, Marketing, Compliance—driving execution from problem definition through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, or business transformation, with significant technology delivery and data exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs in sales enablement, go-to-market, distribution, or commercial technology (ex: Microsoft Dynamics, Seismic, Marketo, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience partnering with Data and AI teams to drive business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
  • Ability to write clear requirements and facilitate prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort defining metrics, building business cases, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Understanding of risk, controls, and governance considerations in regulated financial services environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, engineering, or related field).

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program management for distribution technology and AI sales enablement initiatives, including scope, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and communication.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery with Technology, Data/AI, Marketing and Product teams; partner with Sales Enablement to deliver requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive change management: support needs around stakeholder alignment, training, communications, pilot design, rollout, and ongoing feedback loops.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership to translate business priorities into a delivery plan and success metrics (e.g., adoption, productivity lift, advisor engagement, pipeline impact).
  • Establish operating cadence and program artifacts (status dashboards, PowerPoint slides, requirements, decision logs, KPIs), ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Champion process improvement and standardization across intermediary/advisor distribution, leveraging automation where appropriate.
