About The Position
The Program Manager position at the New York State Education Department serves as the Director of Facilities and Business Services. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration, management, and coordination of centralized support functions for all agency-owned and leased properties statewide, including the management of over 60 satellite office spaces and nine state-owned office buildings. The incumbent will report to the Executive Deputy Commissioner and will play a key role in budget development, policy management, and operational efficiency.
