The Digital Experience Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Manager, Digital Experience by leading operational planning and program management to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This role will focus on process efficiency, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver on the team’s objectives . The Program Manager will serve as the operational backbone, enabling the Senior Manager to focus on strategy and vision. They will work closely with key stakeholders across Digital Merchandising, Product Management, XD, Analytics, and Technology to manage workflows, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of program management standards, concepts, and principles, with the ability to independently manage small to moderate programs. They will need to proactively manage program execution by tracking dependencies, risks, and schedules while understand ing requirements gathering, prioritization, and how to clear ly communicate with stakeholders. The Program Manager will also leverage data to evaluate program performance, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives . A day in the life… Maintain and optimize planning processes that streamline intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans and workback schedules, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes Create transparency across roadmaps by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams Use data to report status, evaluate program performance, and communicate progress using fact-based and relevant insights Develop and deliver artifacts (e.g., Confluence pages, reports, presentations) to track and communicate program progress to stakeholders Support stakeholder alignment by organizing meetings, synthesizing inputs, and managing follow-ups to ensure accountability Facilitate process efficiencies to enable the Senior Manager to focus on strategy by managing operational details and logistics Develop training materials and documentation to educate teams on processes, new features, and functionality Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance program management and delivery
