Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager, DD, ESA Consultant 3, to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of a wide range of programs within our organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Geology, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences
* 10 years of experience with Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, site investigations, including site visits and report writing
* MA, MCP experience
* Perform field work under limited supervision and in accordance with Atlas and Client safety protocols
* Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects with minimal supervision to meet established criteria
* 40 hr OSHA, HAZWOPER certification, current HAZWOPER refresher
* Experience interacting and working with clients directly
* Direct supervisory experience
* Valid US Drivers license
Technical Requirements:
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other widely used computer programs
* Working knowledge of EDRs, Parcel, and Quire Platforms (desirable)
* Excellent skills in technical writing and verbal communications
Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
* Ability to travel up to 10, mostly within northeast US
* Desire to obtain relevant professional registration or certification if not already obtained
Job Responsibilities:
* Phase I Environmental Site Assessment field assessment, historical research, and report writing
* Supervise and mentor associates in the completion of Phase I ESAs
* Support Atlas national Phase I ESA Practice with Environmental Professional per ASTM E15721-21 oversight and review with a focus on portfolio and other projects in New England
* Plan oversee and support MCP and Phase II ESA projects
* Work with existing and new national due diligence clients as a client care manager, responsible for preparing proposals, developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating and executing client project scopes of work with a Northeast focus
* Perform technical review of deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
* Integrate into the National Phase I ESA team to share and balance workload and support with the refinement of SOPs, Quire word bank updates, etc.
* Prepare budgets, technical proposals, and reports, and provide related quality assurance/quality control
* In-office resource to Woburn, MA, and/or Manchester, NH office, 2-3 days a week
* Become thoroughly familiar with Atlas policies and procedures
* Maintain utilization goal of 65
